   They were prompt in responding when the electricity got ripped from our dock which became disconnected in a storm wind.  They fixed it and it's a better install than the original.    George was super helpful, quick to answer, explained my problem, and instead of blowing me off or saying he was so booked out, he told me how quick he could squeeze me in, and once he knew problem he even helped me trouble shoot it and low and behold it fixed the problem.
